Catalyst For Change
Catalyst for Change
As certified human behavior consultants, we will administer the DISC Personality Profile and provide a 90 Minute Coaching Session. This will give you a stronger understanding on how your personality impacts your ability to lead and execute.
Framework for Change
This investment can begin at any time and will run for a minimum of six months.
This program begins with identifying your personality style and Level of Leadership through the completion of two research based tools: DISC Personality Style Assessments and 360 Leadership Assessment. The results will allow us to build a personal and professional development plan for growth.
You will engage in bi-monthly individual 60 minute coaching sessions.
This package includes site visits every other month with the principal and school leadership team to help identify and remove barriers to master operational and academic systems.
Participation in one mastermind book study.
Commitment to Change
This investment can begin at any time and will run for a minimum of 12 months.
In order to strengthen and unite the governance and leadership structure towards significance, we will provide a full range of leadership teaching, coaching and support, specifically including the following commitments:
